The Social Support Specialist is part of the Healthcare Management and Clinical Support team and is responsible for consulting on complex cases and developing care plans that can be implemented by care management staff to promote safety and well-being. The position will maintain an active caseload for purposes of consultation, training and direct care management support. In addition, therapists will assist with the completion of psychological assessments specific to IDD, such as ADOS-2 and psychosocial assessments.
